Sherry Rea will be running Creative Printmaking Workshops in Elsworth

£55 per person per session, incl materials.

The groups will be small so it’s easy for participants to follow their own creativity and projects. The workshops will work well as course of 3 or if booked as a ‘one off’. Suitable for beginners or those with printmaking experience.

The workshops focus on the printmaking techniques of collagraph, drypoint and monoprint, often in combination; and some creative, fun processes such as printing with high pressure to give an embossed image into textured Khadi paper (magpies in the photo), printing woodgrain effect depicting for example sea, sky or waves (mackerel), or using solvent on ink to create texture and pattern (on the guinea fowl and the mackerel).
