Alison Hullyer

Alison has been working as a full-time artist for over 30 years, since completing her graphic design degree in Newcastle. She worked freelance for many years designing hundreds of cards and stationery items for well-known publishers. Her work is inspired by the changing seasons and the landscape around her, observed on her daily dog walks.

Alison is happiest getting inky in her garden studio in Milton, making drypoint and collograph prints or painting landscapes in oils for exhibitions. She also loves the process of creating digital artwork for products such as her cards, coasters and tea towel designs which are stocked in many shops, including those of the National Trust.
